Terms & Conditions

Labour Guarantee

All our labour is covered for 12 months from the date of completion. If any issue arises with the workmanship during this period, we will return to rectify it at no additional charge.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Manufacturing defects on parts and equipment are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist with any warranty claims on your behalf.

Pricing & Quotations

Fixed-fee quotations are provided before work commences. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed and agreed with you before proceeding. Materials are marked up at 10% above our cost price.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept cash, cheque, and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. We understand that circumstances change and will do our best to accommodate.

Emergency Callouts

Emergency callouts outside of standard working hours may be subject to after-hours rates as listed on our pricing page. After-6pm callouts may require advance payment.

Gas Safety

All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers (Registration No. 174998). We comply with all relevant gas safety regulations and Building Regulations.

Liability

JF Heating Engineers & Plumbers carries full public liability insurance. We take all reasonable care to protect your property during the course of our work.
